"What’s keeping it from a full 5 stars?"
The main reason it’s not getting a five-star rating is the lack of videos demonstrating each step. Just having written explanations isn’t enough; we need to see it in action! Other than that, it’s super informative!

"An excellent starting point for newbies like me"
This course serves as a fantastic introduction to the realm of crystals. It touched on various topics. A few sections didn’t delve deeply since there’s just a ton of info to cover. I recommend that once you wrap up the course, you grab some books that explore the subjects you found most intriguing, like chakra healing. I jotted down loads of notes because I’m sure I’ll want to revisit all that knowledge later.

I truly enjoyed the course and picked up a ton of helpful info. I did run into a bit of a snag trying to use my voucher codes by myself. But with Ema from the support team lending a hand, I got started in no time and I'm all set to jump into my second course, plus I'm thinking about grabbing the all-access package. The support team is fantastic, and the learning experience was both easy and enjoyable. I definitely suggest this place to anyone seeking a fresh experience in life, work, and knowledge. "Facepainting Course by Trendimi"
I really liked that I could learn at my own speed, had the chance for extra time, and the course wasn’t too long or tedious. The facepainting designs shown by the artist in the videos were awesome and totally doable! This gave me a chance to practice what I picked up. One thing I thought was lacking in this course was the inclusion of at least one male model for some of the special effects facepainting designs. But overall, I’m happy with the course. It took me from a newbie to special effects, just in time for my Halloween gigs coming up in October.

"Eyelash Course - Totally Worth It!"
I really loved this course; it was super informative and detailed about launching my own business. I learned about the pros and cons, the best practices, and what to watch out for. They focused a lot on keeping customers happy, covering everything from hygiene to making sure they get their money's worth. It's a highly professional course, and I’d definitely recommend Trendi-mi!

"Decent for Beginners, Could Use Some Tweaks"
This course provides a solid foundation for beginners. There were a couple of tricky questions on the exams, but if you keep up with your reading and note-taking, the tests are manageable. Areas that could use some work include: 1) better organization, as some parts of the modules were unclear until I went through everything, like the Lash Perm section, and 2) the videos should really demonstrate the step-by-step processes they refer to. It’d be way more beneficial to see the steps in action since some of them were a bit puzzling. All in all, it was a decent course, and I’d suggest it to new lash technicians.

"Course for Eyelash Technicians"
I got the course for Eyelash Technicians through Groupon. After waiting for the payment to go through, I got my voucher. Then, I set up an account on Trendimi. Once I had my account, I searched for the Eyelash Technician course on Trendimi, added it to my cart, and used the voucher/coupon code (you won’t need to pay the amount shown; it’ll show $0 after applying the voucher). I was able to finish my course without any hassle. It was super straightforward, and everything was clearly explained! I totally recommend it!

"A Bit Anxious at First..."
Initially, my pals and I felt a tad uneasy about buying this online lash course since we weren’t sure what we’d find, but it turned out to be fantastic! We also grabbed some practice heads to use with the online lessons, which made things super easy and doable. The classes were awesome; each one was clearly marked and let you take exams right after. Big thanks to Trendimi, it was a blast, and now we’re off on an exciting adventure of lashing for the ladies!

"Decent Resolution, But Still Frustrating"
Initially, I left a one-star review with the title ‘stay away at all costs’ due to a really bad experience with this company. They reached out to me afterward to fix the problem, but I still feel like they’re pretty disorganized. We’ve gone back and forth over a bunch of emails, and eventually, they offered me a free course. I’m satisfied with how it turned out, but I gotta say, it was a real hassle getting here. They asked me to update my review, so here I am being truthful - I’m glad about the resolution, but I wish everything had gone more smoothly from the start.

"Struggling to Get Help with My Vouchers"
I've made 4 attempts to contact the online customer service and haven't heard back. I bought 2 vouchers through WagJag, but they both show up as invalid on the Trendimi website. So far, it's been a pretty awful experience. I also tried reaching out to WagJag about a potential refund, but no luck there either since Trendimi isn't responding. Edited Jan 22: After I posted this review, the Trendimi team got in touch with me directly and helped sort out my voucher problems. I'm grateful for their prompt assistance.

"Awful experience trying to update my name..."
This is just awful! I'm attempting to update my first and last name since it’s linked to my Google account, but nobody has gotten back to me. I don’t even have a phone number to reach out to them, so I can’t kick off my course without sorting out my name. Their customer support is just the worst.

"My Experience with the Courses Offered"
The classes I enrolled in were delivered in a super approachable way. The material was handy, and the explanations on becoming a successful Eyelash Technician, Gel Manicure expert, or Nail Artist were detailed. Plus, the quizzes at the end of each section made it all so straightforward. I took my time with everything since you can go at your own speed. It was really informative, and I can say it was totally worth it.
